humanity can be good!

I've been away for a while. After my mom was laid off I kind of lost the urge to take a picture a day. But today, I've been pleasantly surprised by humanity again. As I was walking the 6 blocks into work I walked by a park and saw that someone had put out sandwiches and a bottle of water of a few of the park benches. That is so awesome! There are a few homeless people that regularly reside around the park. They are all harmless and just sit there and read so say hi to people as they pass. Well they're there till it's too cold to be outside. I don't know if it was the college students, since they still are optimistic or what, but that reaffirmed that people can be good.
